cucchiai di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;sale&lt;br /&gt;3 hg di margarina morbida&lt;br /&gt;2 cucchiai di olio&lt;br /&gt;1 cucchiaio di panna da cucina&lt;br /&gt;1 bicchiere di prosecco&lt;br /&gt;1 bicchierino di grappa&lt;br /&gt;2 cucchiaini di lievito&lt;br /&gt;farina quanto basta&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mettere tutto nel frullatore, continuare poi ad impastare a mano ed integrare la quantità di farina necessaria per avere la giusta consistenza (da pane).&lt;br /&gt;Dividere l’impasto in piccoli panetti da “tirare” nella macchinetta ripassandoli più volte.&lt;br /&gt;Stendere i “nastri” sottilissimi su una tovaglia per farli asciugare e tagliarli con la rondella.&lt;br /&gt;Friggere i crostoli regolando continuamente la temperatura dell’olio e ricoprirli di zucchero a velo (zucchero frullato in macinino da caffè).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;N.B.&lt;br /&gt;Quando eravamo piccoli, nonna Angelina e zia Elsa ci preparavano anche le castagnole, facendo delle palline con lo stesso impasto prima di tirarlo.&lt;br /&gt;Oppure dei crostoli/ravioli ripieni di marmellata, mantenendo la sfoglia un poco più spessa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;......................................................................&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FRITTELLE&lt;br /&gt;10 uova&lt;br /&gt;1 hg di burro ammorbidito&lt;br /&gt;½ l. di latte&lt;br /&gt;10 cucchiai di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;1 bustina di lievito&lt;br /&gt;farina quanto basta&lt;br /&gt;1 pizzico di sale&lt;br /&gt;uvetta ammollata (noi la mettiamo nella grappa almeno dal giorno prima)&lt;br /&gt;1 bicchierino di grappa&lt;br /&gt;buccia e succo di 1 arancio e 1 limone&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nel frullatore sbattere le uova con lo zucchero, aggiungere il burro, la grappa, il sale e gli altri ingredienti (esclusi succo, bucce e uvetta).&lt;br /&gt;Versare in un ciotola ed integrare il succo, le bucce grattugiate e l’uvetta mescolando a mano fino ad avere la consistenza di una crema densa che cada dal cucchiaio.&lt;br /&gt;Friggere facendo cadere nell’olio l’impasto utilizzando due cucchiai o un porzionatore per gelati (noi usiamo quello per la pallina piccola).&lt;br class="fbPhotoCaptionText"&gt;CINTA SENESE - Traccia Storica&lt;br /&gt;Le  origini di questa razza sono molto antiche ed esistono testimonianze  pittoriche che dimostrano l'allevamento di suini simili all'attuale  Cinta Senese fin dal Medioevo. Il tratto più caratteristico di questo  suino è la presenza di una cinghiatura bianca, che dà il nome alla  razza, su un mantello che è di colore nero-ardesia. La più famosa  raffigurazione di un suino che assomiglia all'attuale Cinta Senese è di  ambrogio Lorenzetti, "Effetti del buon Governo" (1319-1347), nel Palazzo  Comunale di Siena. Altre rappresentazioni di suini con cinghiatura  bianca appaiono in dipinti e affreschi della scuola senese del XII  secolo in diverse chiese della campagna di Siena. quella algheresa, con forti influssi catalani e che si estende su tutta la costa da Alghero sino alle Bocche di Bonifacio.&lt;br /&gt;La presenza di numerosi pirati lungo le coste dell’isola rendeva la pesca rischiosa, tuttavia da alcune carte conservate presso l’Archivio Nazionale di Madrid si apprende che nel mare di Alghero, una singola imbarcazione era capace di pescare giornalmente tra i 30 e&amp;nbsp; i 60 Kg&amp;nbsp; e che, salvo particolari circostanze, da tre a sei imbarcazioni portavano al locale mercato del pesce una quantità di prodotto sufficiente a soddisfare le esigenze dei circa 2000 abitanti che popolavano in quei tempi la&amp;nbsp; città di Alghero.&lt;br /&gt;I Marsigliesi iniziarono a frequentare i banchi di Sardegna e la pesca ad Alghero&amp;nbsp;(che diventata catalana, dal 1354 cambiò il nome in L’Alguer, italianizzato in “Larghieri” e simili) si sviluppò nel periodo 1380-1410 dando luogo ad una organizzazione già sofisticata nel cui ambito il naviglio provenzale faceva la spola tra Marsiglia ed il porto sardo trasportando reti e vettovaglie per i pescatori.&lt;br /&gt;Il menu dei pescatori algheresi era invariabilmente a base di pesce appena pescato, che veniva lavato nell’acqua di mare per preparare la classica zuppa di pesce, detta copatza. Per cucinarla veniva usata la caratteristica pentola, comune a tutte le imbarcazioni dei pescatori, chiamata in algherese caldaru. Era un ampio recipiente di ghisa, molto capiente, che raggiungeva presto l’ebollizione e manteneva a lungo il calore. Una cordicella lo teneva sospeso ad un bastone di legno, messo di traverso su due bagli del piano di coperta, proprio sopra il braciere, collocato sul pagliolato. Quando il braciere era acceso si diffondevano per l’aria i profumi del ginepro, del lentischio e del rosmarino, essenze molto diffuse lungo le coste di tutta Sardegna.&lt;br /&gt;Per preparare la copatza si utilizzava del pesce misto non commerciabile, in quanto, una volta catturato dalle reti, durante la notte veniva&amp;nbsp; mutilato in qualche parte, dai polpi o da altri predoni.&lt;br /&gt;ll soffritto veniva preparato a base di cipolla, olio, prezzemolo, pomodori secchi ben tritati e l’immancabile peperoncino rosso e piccante.&lt;br /&gt;A quel punto si levava per l’aria una fragranza tale&amp;nbsp;da fare invidia ai migliori ristoranti della città e che invogliava al pranzo tutti coloro che passavano nelle vicinanze. I pescatori si sedevano allora attorno al tavolo, che era costituito dal timone sul quale poggiava un ampia superficie di sughero, chiamata paina, che fungeva da vassoio per il pesce. Accanto veniva sistemato un capace catino di terracotta con il brodo della zuppa, nel quale erano state immerse alcune gallette.&lt;br /&gt;Un fiasco di vino rosso completava la tavola. Qualche passante che non conosceva le abitudini dei rezzaioli si fermava incuriosito ad osservare.  dell'inaugurazione dell'enoteca di Giorgio ed Elvira!&lt;br /&gt;È per noi un'occasione  importante per ricordare il lavoro e l'amore che hanno entrambi  instancabilmente dedicato a questa attività e quindi a voi, in quasi  cinquant'anni di unione.&lt;br /&gt;Sarà una festa "libera" che inizierà alla 20,30  circa. offriremo cibi e bevande con il desiderio di vedervi rilassati ed  intenti ad incontrarvi ed incontrarci&lt;br /&gt;...ci piace pensare che sull'onda dei  ricordi possano nascere racconti e saghe&lt;br /&gt;...che l'emozione di ritrovare pezzi  dimenticati della propria vita possa ravvivare gli animi&lt;br /&gt;...che la voglia  di stare insieme diventi voglia di cantare e ballare insieme.&lt;br /&gt;...insomma. che  sia FESTA!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vi chiediamo di non mancare e di invitare i vostri amici  .che saranno nostri amici :-))&lt;br /&gt;e di portare con voi foto e/o anneddoti  "d'epoca" se avete qualcosa nei cassetti della vostra  memoria...&lt;br promettervi che sarà una pagina vivace...&lt;br /&gt;mi piacerebbe poterla utilizzare per tenervi aggiornati sulle nostre iniziative...&lt;br /&gt;per mettere insieme album di foto e notizie...&lt;br /&gt;per raccontarvi le storie, vecchie e nuove, che nascono, si intecciano, animano un locale da sempre considerato un luogo come casa...&lt;br /&gt;...chi come me... come i miei fratelli ...ma soprattutto mio padre e mia zia e mia prozia... è nato qui, sul bancone di questo bar... è vissuto respirando gli umori di intere generazioni di ragazze e ragazzi ...che poi sono cresciuti e qui si sono sposati, qui hanno battezzato e cresimato i propri figli, qui hanno bevuto alla nascita dei propri nipotini... mia madre che qui non è nata, ma è arrivata giovane sposa, è diventata la mamma di decine di ragazzi in trasferta di lavoro o persi nelle notti di baldoria o di tristezza e bisognosi di comprensione... mi piacerebbe raccontarvi le storie che ogni tanto sento ...o vedo&lt;br /&gt;temo però che il mio lavoro di mozzo mi lasci poco spazio e poca energia per tutto questo...&lt;br /&gt;siate dunque comprensivi...&lt;br /&gt;e se volete vedere cosa abbiamo fatto, facciamo, faremo... accontentatevi per il momento di questa paginetta in facebook... molto più semplice da aggiornare :)&lt;br /&gt;a presto ...spero :) v.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S. una importante
